I am very happy with my purchase of the Volant intake. I actually purchased a K&N intake but returned it because it just looked cheap and I did not like it. The K&N also said you may have to trim your fan shroud so the intake tube could fit, thats just stupid. This installed easy and looks awesome. The only problem I had is the 4 holes in the bottom used to mount the air box did not line up but I did get three out of four in so its not going anywhere. When you install on Silverado or probably any GM be carefull with the electric connector on your mass air flow sensor you have to lift the grey tab up before you pull it off, dont want to break that. After install and test drive I noticed a difference you can hear the air sucking in and more HP.
